Train Tripping Across the Country

Saturday morning at 3:27 am the jetlag told me up and at em!… not because I was super messed up, I know I could have slept through until 9 but because I was anxious that I wouldn’t wake up in time to get us to Central Station to catch our train south to the farm.

The Dawn of Flight

We arrived safely, our flights were great, and actually we arrived in the land down under quite well rested with everyone having at least 5-6 hours sleep.

Everyone Wants a Piece of Me!

Working out itineraries are hard! We’re headed home in the first week of August for the month and everyone wants a piece of us.

Easter, The Bunny, A Zombie and Kale

Over Easter, we jetted on down to the Jersey Shore to Atlantic City, the poor man’s Vegas. And by jetted, I naturally mean hired a car and drove, cos flying to AC from NYC is just dumb. It’s less than a 2 hour drive. But jetted sounds fancy.

The Well travelled Teddy Bear

When the kids were babies they both received Teddy bears from a place in Australia called the Teddy bear shop. It’s sort of like Build-a-Bear except you don’t build them. They are ready made with names given but these bears come with birth certificates and passports.
