When is it appropriate to teach children about HIV AIDS?
A note came home from school last week informing parents that the children would be receiving instruction in HIV AIDS. This is a part of our society and it’s something everyone needs to learn about in health and how to avoid it. However I’m not sure that teaching it to elementary children from kindergarten up is really appropriate.
