Looking for snack food today I discovered vegie chips. When I say I discovered, I’ve known about them but the Princesses facebook status was a reminder. Simple to do, delicious and super low calories.
Get some vegies, zucchini, carrots, beets or sweet potatoes, slice them thinly, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Pat the vegies dry with paper towel, then season them to taste, place on tray and spray them. Pop in oven 400f for 20 mins turning them after 10 mins. Watch to make sure they don’t burn. Cook until brown and crispy. Let them cool, salt some more and munch away.
