On Tuesday morning we board the plane for the long trip home. It’s been an awesome visit to Australia this time, we’ve packed so much in. We’ve seen family, friends and done farm stuff and had some exciting new experiences with the kids. They’ve connected more with their cousins and Aunts and Uncles, who were quite impressed with how they are developing as people . It’s a proud moment when you get comments on how lovely your children are.
I’m ready to go home though. It’s time to sleep in my own bed and not to live out of a suitcase. I’m not even thinking about the long flight home. All that is left to do now is buy the supplies……timtams and vegemite etc.
I know the King is ready to see his family again.
Travelling is great but coming home is better.
Now to survive the jetlag…………again.
