Insert Fanfare here…………..
We get all our information off facebook π . But she has returned, for an undisclosed amount of time. It’s great to have the opportunity to live between countries when you’re young. It gives you a chance to really decide where you want to be. I wish I’d had that opportunity as a 23 year old. At that age I was still living in the town I grew up Β in, working for the local council. But times were different. I did my share of stretching my horizons, just in a different way π
So far she’s been to the zoo to see the sloths with the kids….but the Bronx Zoo doesn’t have them
And she’s been to the shiny room at the art gallery.
Caught a seasonal cold ( sshh ) don’t tell Dad.
Been broken into and lost her laptop and iphone, then partied with the detectives in true Princess style.
After all that she changed her mind and booked her flight back home.

Phew, That was the last trip….exciting right? Now as I write this and you read it, she is winging her way across the Pacific Ocean to once again take up residence here for an undisclosed amount of time. This time it’ll be different, this time she has purpose and several career opportunities to choose from, and so this time, we’ll have our overnight babysitter and dog sitter and random dinner guest who brings her own laundry.
Again, I got my notice from facebook π
Welcome Home Princess

I hope you have an amazing time! I would have loved such an opportunity and hope my children can have someone like you on the other side of the ocean awaiting them!!!! AWESOME!!!! Enjoy that overnight babysitter and get out and enjoy your husband!!!!!
That is a wonderful opportunity. Travel always is. An overnight babysitter sounds pretty amazing, too.
FannnnnCY! I’ve only been to Canada and Jamaica, and I’m thirty-mumble. Then again, I’m a terrible flier.
Can I move in too? That sound like a great gig.
Let’s see, 23 I think I was working full time in a newsroom. Then I realized I hated working fulltime in a newsroom. Yay for mother daughter reunions!
Wish you all luck! ahhh to be 23 again – I am pretty sure no child would have been safe with me.
When I was 23 I was pregnant with our second Cabin kid… Being a world traveler will have to wait for us. Enjoy having her home! Thanks for linking up to the Glitter Fart hop!
