Some days you just don’t feel in the mood to cook, well perhaps I should rephrase that, most days I don’t feel in the mood to cook. I just want something quick and easy but it has to be nutritious and mostly paleo because that’s just how we eat now.

Looking in the cupboard doesn’t usually yield much because being paleo it has to be actual food :) So armed with what I have, cabbage and ground beef, I headed to the interweb for paleo insipration and I ended up here at everydaypaleo.com

Here’s what I did with that recipe:

I didn’t have apples so I added shredded almonds and craisins. I served it with roasted sweet potato and parsnip.

It was totally yummy and the kids even ate it :)

Some days you just win.
