I have had the most frustrating day due to incompetence . I just wanted to punch someone by the end of it all! Everywhere I went there were long lines, and only 2 staff working. It’s nuts, when you go to USPS and the line is curled around the office and 50 people are standing there waiting open another couple of windows! Get some efficiency people for heaven sake.
Then I do the exact same thing at the Rite Aid pharmacy….. grrrr. What the hell is going on people, there are folks searching for jobs, plenty of them. Hire more people and make your customers happy.
Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse I go to the supermarket to get dinner stuff and the cashier was so rude, too busy chatting with the other staff, making me wait to pay for my groceries. So frustrating! I wanted to shirt front the kid…..
So here’s the thing…. hire enough people, but hire the right ones, bad staff are hurting your business.
End Rant…….now where did I hide my valium?

Shirt front? Is that Aussie for punch him in the face? And, yes, I was furious when I had to wait 45 minutes at the post office to mail my packages because the guy was getting everyone’s life stories as opposed to doing his job swiftly. Grrrr….

I was in the return lime at Target with only one person working. Seriously how can Target have One person working the returns during the holidays! When you get your punch in on incompetence, I’m next!
I refuse to step into any department stores during the holidays. And, I try to go to the grocery store at odd hours to avoid the crowds. Seemed to work this holiday season 🙂
