Breakfast 6/11

This morning I thought scrambled eggs might be nice, now of course they’re simple to do and anything can go into them so recipes are not really required.

What you need:
Eggs and whatever you want to add.

In today’s fare I added bacon, scallions, roasted red pepper.

To make sure it’s paleo omit milk.

I scrambled 5 eggs together with sea salt and coarse ground pepper. I was cooking for  The King as well.


A Paleo breakfast of champions… top it off with coffee (black of course) and you have the quintessential protein start to the day.
