Today is Monday and being a Monday, it’s hard to get motivated, and that being said I also have a child home sick……. So in the spirit of not letting you down I’m just gonna share some old pictures I found on the weekend, in no particular order but they’re fun.
On a trip to oz in 2010, the kids started off walking on the beach but naturally it ended up they were swimming. Yes it’s winter, yes they’re in underwear… whatever.
We stopped by the side of the road while driving around Loch Ness looking for Nessie. The girls went looking for fairies. Scotland was awesome.
On the banks of the Loch Ness stands Urquhart Castle, which has been there since the 13th century. We climbed the fence to walk the ruins because it was closed. The King and Grand Master D dipped a toe into the Loch… Nessie didn’t bite.
Flat Stanley came to visit one time from Australia and we had a great time showing him ’round our city and school. We took him so many places and when he went home he had to carry so much stuff he was charged excess postage! Grand Master D was only in 1st grade and Miss Gremlin was still staying home with mama!
Don’t ask, I think it was just their tough tattooed phase…
